I did a 20km session on the bike in the gym, at level 11, in 34:17. I'm going to try change my training blog, give it a new theme, re-arrange it a bit, maybe even get a training calendar up too, we'll see.
I went to the gym a little early, to do some weights. It was a fun weights session. Then I hit the spinning class. I went too hard for the first 20 minutes, it meant I couldn't keep going hard for the rest of the class which was disappointing, but I did keep going for the rest of the class.
