Another bike time trial, 20K, level 11, on Hill Plus setting, this time I did it in 37:15. slower again than last time. How can I be getting slower!?

Cos you're older than you

Cos you're older than you were last time you did it! Entropy is the reason! Or because exercise bikes don't self calibrate and so there's no reliable repeatability between bikes/sessions (unless it was one of those fancy wattbikes?).
