I've been lurking there for several months, it has some good discussions with people on all sides: renters, owners, mortgage brokers, inversters, and non-owners. The discussions tend to be balanced and fair, with very little moderation required too which is nice: most of the posters attach references and moderate themselves which makes a nice change on the internet!
