Over the past week we've been out running several times, we've run around 38km.

The plan is to be running the half-marathon in sub 2 hours this year, and I'm still hoping to do the Dublin marathon this year too. Fingers crossed!

I went in for a weights session in the gym. It was a good session. Afterwards I had the urge to do a fast kilometre on the treadmill.

Myself and Eleanor were out for a run on Wednesday night. We ran around Celbridge, over towards Maynooth.

It was a good run, and a nice pace, taking just under an hour to complete the 10K, a very hilly 10K might I add. So I'm pleased.

Training for the marathon is going well.

Monday evening, my spinning night.

I went to the gym a little early, to do some weights. It was a fun weights session. Then I hit the spinning class. I went too hard for the first 20 minutes, it meant I couldn't keep going hard for the rest of the class which was disappointing, but I did keep going for the rest of the class.
