100% marketing, that's what this post is. Not for me, but for Drupal and the module developers (well since I do some module development I guess this is a little for me too). 'Apps' are known to the consumer now, and they know them as a small program that does something on their device, generally a mobile phone, but the word is migrating to desktop apps too.
Captain Phil Harris off Deadliest Catch on the Discovery Channel died recently. Captain Phil was my favourite captain on the show, working hard, but always coming across as a good guy, and judging by what others have to say about him, specifically Mike Rowe, it was not an act or some TV version of himself that we, the viewers, saw.
I'm a big fan of the site book crossing, where you can either post books to other people around the world, or leave books lying in a coffee shop waiting for someone else to pick them up. When they do this, they can read your book, they can register this on the site as each book has it's own unique code on the book.
As you may have noticed, there is a new theme on the site. The theme is zen based, and heavily inspired by the Drupal Mags theme.
I'm sure there are bugs in it, I haven't had enough time to test it thoroughly, though at the moment everything seems to be working ok. If you come across any problems though, let me know and I'll fix them.
