I've setup another website: The Spine Clinic.

The Spine Clinic was founded in 2003, literally at the hands of the Practice-Principal, Mr Anthony Collins BSc (Clin Sc) MHSc (OST) MOCI MBOA. Since its inception the clinic has rapidly grown to become one of the major allied health care providers in South Dublin.

What are The Escapades?

I just finished a new site, it's called Design21C.

The site is Drupal based, has a number of content types and lots of theming going on, down to field a view level (I mean including creating more tpl files for parts of views).

It was a fun site to do, with lots of nuances too.

Transformers USB Key

I made my first order from one of those 'deal of the day' websites, in this case it was: Boffer. I finally decided to give it a go when hey had a 'BOC' or Bag Of Crap sell off! With a BOC you get three items, and there is no guarantee at all that you will receive stuff that's good or that works!

I have to say, I'm quite pleased with what I got in my BOC.

Following on from the short piece I wrote on how to change a node's title in Drupal, this article will discuss some more advanced theme issues in Drupal 6.

Almost every WSOD that I have come across while using Drupal has been a problem with the memory limit for PHP.

To fix this, edit the 'settings.php' file for your Drupal install (the file will be in /sites/default)

Add to this file the following line:

ini_set('memory_limit', '64M');

Over the past week we've been out running several times, we've run around 38km.

The plan is to be running the half-marathon in sub 2 hours this year, and I'm still hoping to do the Dublin marathon this year too. Fingers crossed!

A breaking news story came up on the Irish Times. Apparently some more non-standard measures are being considered to deal with the current recession.

I was at the DevDays iPhone day today, and I left early. It was just not development-packed enough for my liking.

I've never used Objective-C, or Cocoa, but that doesn't mean I want to hear about how the syntax differs from Java, or C#. I was there to see the best way to make iPhone apps.

Echodio is a new service, currently in a public beta, that will sync your iTunes music across multiple machines.

It only works on OS X at the moment, and since I only have a single OS X machine, it does nothing for me, but I do like the concept.

I touched on the Eircom will disconnect you with tenuous evidence story already. However, there is a new twist to this story now.
