jCarousel is a fantastic addition to jQuery; it makes it very easy to set up a carousel of images, or indeed text, on your website.

More Notes on the iPad

I'm watching the iPad special event feed. Something just occurred to me, Steve talks about how the iPad is not a laptop, but he still compares the cost per month for data to laptop price plans. They are not comparable really, the iPad will be significantly down on data usage compared to a laptop, there is simply less you can do with an iPad versus a laptop.

After watching the information stream in from the Apple Keynote this evening (my local time is evening!), I started thinking about my use-cases for the iPad, and while I can think of times when it would be nice, like sitting at the TV and doing some surfing, or reading the news in the morning at breakfast.

Portfolio Section on Homepage

I just spent a few hours fine-tuning the portfolio button you see on the top of the homepage. When you click that button now, the page will drop down, and new section fills in the empty space. In this new section, there is a showcase of some of the websites I have developed.
